Welcome to this space where we can collect our family’s art; a space in which we offer our creative responses to the moments we are living. I propose that we each submit our creative responses to a prompt that I will share on the first of every month. These can be any media or format that you choose. If you’ll send them to me, I’ll do my best to post them in this space. My goal is to create some impetus to share our work, and a place for us to revisit these offerings.
I ran over to share this idea with Mama Merry today, and she was enthusiastic…and prompt in sharing a first offering! I snapped the picture of her table on my way out the door today…it may not have been a formal art offering, but it encapsulates the spirit of this space this month. Creativity–and spring.
